Over the past few years, Southall Community Alliance (SCA) has been organizing themed "micro" street Melas, bringing arts and cultural activities to the streets of Southall. I had the opportunity to collaborate with an anti-poverty charity to help curate this year’s Mela. As well as supporting the festival, I was invited to document the Women’s Punjabi Community gatherings held at Southall Town Hall.
