I was honoured to participate in the World Cancer day x Fujifilm year-long project ran by Union of Int. Cancer Control. Started in September 2025, a total of 12 current or ex-cancer patients were given an Intax Wide Evo camera and submit one image per month alongside a caption to fit a theme.
12 cameras, 12 months, 12 stories.

September ‘25: Cancer left me with a scar that over time I have forgotten about. I wanted to take this photograph and make it the main focus.
October ‘25: Hope is patience; a sense of comfort.
November ‘25: I want you to know that I freeze time by photographing moments I cherish in fear of forgetting them.
December ‘25: Having to change doctors again brings disappointment, but it’s also strengthening my resilience.
January ‘26: I’m still trying to understand things about myself after cancer turned my world upside down.
February ‘26: Health, my support system; friends and family, and my cameras. That’s all that matters to me.
March ‘26: When I last saw my yiayia, it was one of my most favourite days. I spent the day running errands for her and later she read my coffee grains as she always does. It was a mundane yet beautiful day/
April ‘26: My cancer hero.
May ‘26: My daily life is taking my medicine and then following it with a warm cup of coffee.
June ‘26: Finally concluding my studies and moving on to the next exciting chapter.
